Lead - Grow - Discover - Make a Difference

"Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity."
1 Timothy 4:12 (NLT)

Hope Rising Student Ministries exists to LEAD students to Christ, help them to GROW in their faith, DISCOVER who God created them to be, and help them to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in their families, schools, and communities.

Sundays - Youth Group

Wednesdays - Sr. High Small Groups

6:00pm

6:00pm

Sunday evenings are our regular gathering time with both our Jr. High and Sr. High Students. We empower and equip our Sr. High students to serve the Jr. High students through leading the games and helping to teach the lesson each week. We use the Grow Curriculum to build biblical foundations of faith that challenge students to grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith.
Wednesday evenings are when we gather for our small groups with our Sr. High guys and Sr. High girls. In small groups we engage in asking the many different questions students are asking as well as the different challenges many are trying to navigate. Our small group leaders walk alongside our students, engaging in scripture to learn how to live out our faith in the world we live in.

April Series: Enough

Our relationships with our families can sometimes feel a little bit like a way -too-competitive game night. With our families, sometimes it's fun...but other times, we might fight for first place, gang up on each other, betray each other, and walk away with frustration and hurt feelings. Families can be sources of joy and laughter but also stress and tension. But what if our families could be places where we could all help each other win? In this four-week series from the New Testament, we'll look at how the earliest followers of Jesus created a new kind of community as God's family. Through their example, we'll learn that there is enough when we share what we have-and if there isn't enough, God provides. We'll also learn that our actions can speak when words aren't enough and that God's love is always enough.

Youth Fundraising Dinner

Join us for our Youth Fundraising Dinner on Saturday, April 20th from 6pm to 8pm for a night of great food and the opportunity to hear about all that God is doing in the lives of our teens. Our teens will be serving the meal and will be sharing testimonies of how God is working in their lives to draw them closer to Him through our Youth Ministry. Tickets will be $15 a piece and will go towards continuing to invest into our teens so they can continue to draw closer to God through different camps, conferences, and other events.
